Our Board members are volunteers who champion the Open Hearts Philosophy in their personal and professional circles and share the Foundation’s values of working and serving together with like-minded people for the greater good.
As leaders, we prioritize the organization’s overall goals and work together in a collaborative, fun, and innovative environment with a keen eye on the art of the possible.

Jane Inch is a certified Life Coach and integrally involved in her family’s global packaging business, Transpak. Jane is dedicated to service and has been involved with several Bay Area non-profit charities serving as a board member and Chair of numerous fundraising events.Julie Scanlon

Julie Gallo Vander Wall is with E. & J. Gallo Winery, and serves on the Board of Directors of G3 Enterprises, both family-owned companies. She has served on numerous nonprofit boards, and is actively involved with family and her community.Jane Seymour

Tim Mallad is the CEO of Presbyterian Communities and Services, now Forefront Living. With thirty-two years of experience, his tenure includes the oversight and opening of 15 retirement communities. Tim specializes in the creation, development, personnel training, and management of continuing care facilities.

Rich is President of R.N. Gold & Company, a management consulting firm specializing in strategic planning and marketing, working in both the public and private sectors domestically and internationally. He serves on several not-for-profit and corporate boards of directors and advisory boards.
